Very rare to see solid five-star reviews on Yelp and Google, but after our service, I understand why they're rated so highly. Called late afternoon for a valve repair and they were out first thing the next morning. Jay, our technician was top-notch, super knowledgeable, and helpful. The repair was done in no time, but old pipes had other problems which he fully explained and showed us what needed fixed. It was the most thorough and efficient contractor repair I've ever experienced. I cannot recommend them enough, and I'll be a customer for life. Thanks to Jay and the Pipeline team, for everything!

They were quick to respond even on Christmas Day and they got me an appointment 2 days later when they were open for business after the holidays. They contacted me to let me know that they could come earlier due to a cancellation. Jay came and was very friendly. He knew right away the cause of the problem and went straight to work to fix it. He was very efficient, quick, and professional. He also checked to see if the water pressure was ok and noticed that ours was over the average. He was able to fix that too so we wouldn’t end up with future problems. He was very thorough and informative and let us know step by step of what he was doing. I phoned 7 different plumbers near by and not one of them could make it to my house within a reasonable time. A few of them said it wouldn't be until a week later, a couple said it would be late in the evening, others I had to leave a voicemail message and received a returned call two days later. Meanwhile I have water in my garage from a broken water heater. I called Pipeline and actually got a live voice and Jon was at my house within 20 minutes. In a couple of hours, I had a new water heater installed. Note - it is not that this company isn't busy for lack of customers, you could tell they were super busy, it's because they are GOOD and efficient! The only discrepancy was that I was quoted 1,900 for everything but when I mentioned the 50.00 off coupon, Jon said he would honor it and at that point the price should have been 1,850. When it was time to pay the bill, the invoice said 1,900 and when I asked about the discount, I was told that the original price was 1,950 but I was actually quoted 1,900 for the whole job. Nonetheless, these guys are really good.

I completed an online inquiry after business hours and received a call within 15 minutes. I was given an appointment for the next morning. When Jason arrived I explained the issue and he knew immediately how to fix it. He removed the broken backwater valve to clear the drain. He also replaced a leaky hose bib. After finding the replacement part they sent me an estimate to approve and then ordered. Once the part was received John called to schedule an appointment for installation. Best plumbers I've have worked with, hands down! I had a gas line installed in the laundry room and kitchen. The price was affordable and even better... My issue started when my shower handle broke. I first called a different company (not gonna say their company name but it's not PP&DSI) who came in, hopefully they would fix it, but instead, that just replacing the shower handle, they made it even worse, by breaking the screw connecting the handle to my shower valve. And then asking me more money for their service to replace a new valve (which they damaged). Anyways I fired that company and went on looking for another one who will not play me off.That's when I found Pipeline Plumbings & Drain Specalist Inc. I left them a message via google, and they responded to my quote via email the following day. On my quote message to them, I told them straight up that I dont have alot of money, this is my plumbing issue, "if you can help me, great and what's the prize? if not, thank you for your time." I wasn't expecting for them to respond to me, but they did. They left me a callback # and gave me a quote from my affordable range. Which was awesome!When I called, Eric picked up, and the first thing he asked me "Okay tell me all about it (my scam situation from the previous plumbing company)" At that point, I felt secured, felt that this is a guy who will actually level with me, and understand my situation, and not just scam me for my money.So I hired them to check it out and soon enough, Jay from PP&DSI came to my house, (on-time, and actually earlier than expected). He went straight to check the plumbing issue, told me that the scammer company jacked my pipelines but he will still be able to fix it though it won't be easy. I agreed to increase the initial quote but just by a hundred, which is still within my payment range.Jay! my hero! finished the job in just a a few hours! waayyy faster than the first plumbing company who I called on! Thank you so much you guys! After two weeks, of having this plumbing issue, PP&DSI finally ended my misery in 3 hours.Not only that, Jay gave us consultation on what else is broken around the house, which helped alot! Now we know what else we need to fix and replace in the near future.I love Pipeline Plumbing & Drain Specialist Inc. services. I would recommend them to all my friends who will have their plumbing issues resolved. This is a company who I know will not squeeze you with what you are worth. I had an emergency at my rental house when at 1am, the main water supply line burst under the front yard and flooded the area leaving my tenant’s family with no water. I called several “emergency” plumbers and none could respond for a week. I knew I had to get the water back on ASAP for my tenants. And then I called Pipeline Plumbing and spoke with Eric who was great and understood my problem. Despite being busy, he managed to get a tech there that day. Jay showed up quickly and was very professional and ready to help me. We discussed what needed to be done and arranged to have the repair done the next day. I agreed to dig up the pipe and expose the leak but there was some confusion and miscommunication (probably my fault) and Pipeline thought I was going to repair it myself. When I called the next morning, Eric- thinking I repaired it myself- told me I was no longer on the schedule. Within minutes, he somehow got Jay out there again and the other tech(s) with a special tool and got the job done and the water back on for my tenants in this this 99 degree heat and for a reasonable price. Well done gentlemen! Very impressive the way they handled this and a big thanks to Eric and tech Jay. I will use them again in a heartbeat for any future plumbing.

Jon was our contact and was genuine and open from the beginning. These guys showed up & were done in 4 hours. They fixed a slab leak. They recommend a slab leak detection company come first, which I appreciated. Because the first plumbers couldn't detect a leak, so they didn't fix anything. The second plumber said he heard it but was a $1000 more with the comment "could be more depending on what we find." These guys are amazing. They were the first company I contacted and after calling a couple more companies, it became apparent why they are a 5 star company. From the very beginning, Eric was friendly, helpful, honest and made things work. I was at work for 48 hours when our water heater broke and my wife was alone with the kiddos and he kept going back to how my wife needs the hot water and they will try their best to get it done that day. He told me he was unsure due to multiple jobs but, he made it happen!!! We had some storage bins in the way and I asked if my wife needed to move them, his response, "We will take care if it. We don’t want your wife moving stuff if we can help it." That is a relief to hear that they would help us out any way possible. Called Pipeline Plumbing first thing Monday morning and spoke with Eric. He tried to help me over the phone to save me a few for them responding. I appreciated the fact this company was honest and wasn't about the money. They tried to save me money. Ultimately I still needed an appointment. Scheduled for Tuesday. Few minutes later Eric called back with a cancellation. They were sending out Jay who arrived 30 minutes later. Jay was very professional and just awesome! He was't trying to sell me anything. He checked the pressure. Showed me where the shut off valve is. Just very comprehensive. Ultimately we discovered a crack in the toilet then needed to be replaced ASAP. Exceptional service! For one, they get back to you quickly. Two, they are the epitome of punctual. When they say they’ll be there at a certain time they’re there. They are reasonably priced for the great service they provide. We had a water heater go out on us and they were there promptly and replaced the whole thing within minutes. Pipeline plumbing and drain specialists were amazing! They were ready to come out at 8 am the morning I walked downstairs to find a huge leak. They were so thorough and addressed other concerns I had while they were here. Very importantly they got EVERYTHING minus our deductible covered by insurance! They didnt pressure me into upgrades like the original assigned plumber from the home warranty company tried to do without even seeing my home. They have helped me to stand up for our home regarding water mitigation and repair/restoration of the house also even though they didnt have to so that we could come out of all of this with a safe clean home for our family. This morning I was at the plumbing supply house and not having a very good day. You guys are amazing! I was in an absolute panic thinking I was going to have a huge bill to replace my shut off valves (was already given an estimate by a different local plumber for just under $1,000). Ryan came out and looked at the valves and said, no those are not broke, they are just hard to move. He went to his truck to grab a tool came back and shut the water off and helped us diagnose an irrigation leak. I cannot tell you how relieved I was. These guys are amazing! On Sunday (also memorial day weekend) I called Pipeline and Jay & Eric were here within a half hour. My hot water heater had blown and water was going everywhere. They removed it and put a fan on it to dry everything and I'm just very thankful it did not reach my laminate flooring. Ryan installed my new water heater.

Very rare to see solid five-star reviews on Yelp and Google, but after our service, I understand why they're rated so highly. Called late afternoon for a valve repair and they were out first thing the next morning. Jay, our technician was top-notch, super knowledgeable, and helpful. The repair was done in no time, but old pipes had other problems which he fully explained and showed us what needed fixed. They were quick to respond even on Christmas Day and they got me an appointment 2 days later when they were open for business after the holidays. They contacted me to let me know that they could come earlier due to a cancellation. Jay came and was very friendly. He knew right away the cause of the problem and went straight to work to fix it. He was very efficient, quick, and professional. He also checked to see if the water pressure was ok and noticed that ours was over the average. He was able to fix that too so we wouldn’t end up with future problems. He was very thorough and informative and let us know step by step of what he was doing. I phoned 7 different plumbers near by and not one of them could make it to my house within a reasonable time. A few of them said it wouldn't be until a week later, a couple said it would be late in the evening, others I had to leave a voicemail message and received a returned call two days later. Meanwhile I have water in my garage from a broken water heater. I called Pipeline and actually got a live voice and Jon was at my house within 20 minutes. In a couple of hours, I had a new water heater installed. Note - it is not that this company isn't busy for lack of customers, you could tell they were super busy, it's because they are GOOD and efficient! The only discrepancy was that I was quoted 1,900 for everything but when I mentioned the 50.00 off coupon, Jon said he would honor it and at that point the price should have been 1,850. When it was time to pay the bill, the invoice said 1,900 and when I asked about the discount, I was told that the original price was 1,950 but I was actually quoted 1,900 for the whole job. Nonetheless, these guys are really good.

My water heater went out five days before Thanksgiving. I called Pipeline on Sunday,they were closed I left a message and Jon called me back the same day even though they were closed…WHAT?…and set up an appointment. I completed an online inquiry after business hours and received a call within 15 minutes. I was given an appointment for the next morning. When Jason arrived I explained the issue and he knew immediately how to fix it. He removed the broken backwater valve to clear the drain. He also replaced a leaky hose bib. After finding the replacement part they sent me an estimate to approve and then ordered. Once the part was received John called to schedule an appointment for installation. My issue started when my shower handle broke. I first called a different company (not gonna say their company name but it's not PP&DSI) who came in, hopefully they would fix it, but instead, that just replacing the shower handle, they made it even worse, by breaking the screw connecting the handle to my shower valve. And then asking me more money for their service to replace a new valve (which they damaged). Anyways I fired that company and went on looking for another one who will not play me off.That's when I found Pipeline Plumbings & Drain Specalist Inc. I left them a message via google, and they responded to my quote via email the following day. On my quote message to them, I told them straight up that I dont have alot of money, this is my plumbing issue, "if you can help me, great and what's the prize? if not, thank you for your time." I wasn't expecting for them to respond to me, but they did. They left me a callback # and gave me a quote from my affordable range. Which was awesome!When I called, Eric picked up, and the first thing he asked me "Okay tell me all about it (my scam situation from the previous plumbing company)" At that point, I felt secured, felt that this is a guy who will actually level with me, and understand my situation, and not just scam me for my money.So I hired them to check it out and soon enough, Jay from PP&DSI came to my house, (on-time, and actually earlier than expected). He went straight to check the plumbing issue, told me that the scammer company jacked my pipelines but he will still be able to fix it though it won't be easy. I agreed to increase the initial quote but just by a hundred, which is still within my payment range.Jay! my hero! finished the job in just a a few hours! waayyy faster than the first plumbing company who I called on! Thank you so much you guys! After two weeks, of having this plumbing issue, PP&DSI finally ended my misery in 3 hours.Not only that, Jay gave us consultation on what else is broken around the house, which helped alot! Now we know what else we need to fix and replace in the near future.I love Pipeline Plumbing & Drain Specialist Inc. services. I would recommend them to all my friends who will have their plumbing issues resolved. This is a company who I know will not squeeze you with what you are worth. I had an emergency at my rental house when at 1am, the main water supply line burst under the front yard and flooded the area leaving my tenant’s family with no water. I called several “emergency” plumbers and none could respond for a week. I knew I had to get the water back on ASAP for my tenants. And then I called Pipeline Plumbing and spoke with Eric who was great and understood my problem. Despite being busy, he managed to get a tech there that day. Jay showed up quickly and was very professional and ready to help me. We discussed what needed to be done and arranged to have the repair done the next day. I agreed to dig up the pipe and expose the leak but there was some confusion and miscommunication (probably my fault) and Pipeline thought I was going to repair it myself. When I called the next morning, Eric- thinking I repaired it myself- told me I was no longer on the schedule. Within minutes, he somehow got Jay out there again and the other tech(s) with a special tool and got the job done and the water back on for my tenants in this this 99 degree heat and for a reasonable price. Well done gentlemen! Very impressive the way they handled this and a big thanks to Eric and tech Jay. I will use them again in a heartbeat for any future plumbing.

These guys showed up & were done in 4 hours. They fixed a slab leak. They recommend a slab leak detection company come first, which I appreciated. Because the first plumbers couldn't detect a leak, so they didn't fix anything. The second plumber said he heard it but was a $1000 more with the comment "could be more depending on what we find." These guys are amazing. They were the first company I contacted and after calling a couple more companies, it became apparent why they are a 5 star company. From the very beginning, Eric was friendly, helpful, honest and made things work. I was at work for 48 hours when our water heater broke and my wife was alone with the kiddos and he kept going back to how my wife needs the hot water and they will try their best to get it done that day. He told me he was unsure due to multiple jobs but, he made it happen!!! We had some storage bins in the way and I asked if my wife needed to move them, his response, "We will take care if it. We don’t want your wife moving stuff if we can help it." That is a relief to hear that they would help us out any way possible. Called Pipeline Plumbing first thing Monday morning and spoke with Eric. He tried to help me over the phone to save me a few for them responding. I appreciated the fact this company was honest and wasn't about the money. They tried to save me money. Ultimately I still needed an appointment. Scheduled for Tuesday. Few minutes later Eric called back with a cancellation. They were sending out Jay who arrived 30 minutes later. Jay was very professional and just awesome! He was't trying to sell me anything. He checked the pressure. Showed me where the shut off valve is. Just very comprehensive. Ultimately we discovered a crack in the toilet then needed to be replaced ASAP. My original problem was fixed and I had a brand new toilet installed all before 11am. This company is just outstanding and I will be calling them for any plumbing needs. Once I explained my problem, they guaranteed they could come out the same day and assured me that they would take good care of me. Exceptional service! For one, they get back to you quickly. Two, they are the epitome of punctual. When they say they’ll be there at a certain time they’re there. This will be an uncommon review, the kind that you don't see very often. My name is Steve Gardner and own Elect plumbing and drain. This morning I was at the plumbing supply house and not having a very good day. You guys are amazing! I was in an absolute panic thinking I was going to have a huge bill to replace my shut off valves (was already given an estimate by a different local plumber for just under $1,000). Ryan came out and looked at the valves and said, no those are not broke, they are just hard to move. He went to his truck to grab a tool came back and shut the water off and helped us diagnose an irrigation leak. I cannot tell you how relieved I was. These guys are amazing! On Sunday (also memorial day weekend) I called Pipeline and Jay & Eric were here within a half hour. My hot water heater had blown and water was going everywhere. They removed it and put a fan on it to dry everything and I'm just very thankful it did not reach my laminate flooring. Ryan installed my new water heater.
